Scrum Master Project Manager

Working closely with leadership to identify business priorities, conduct project reviews, and generate detailed progress reports to demonstrate project overall health, key performance indicator (KPI), risk, issues and accomplishments. Use Waterfall and Agile Software Development in different roles of SDLC from Business Analyst to Project Manager in client-facing environments characterized by complex cross-functional and cross-technology projects. Leading team of professionals within the IT PMO organization, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously on daily basis and documenting the projects scope, development and execution. Handling multiple scrum teams, include coaching and mentoring Agile, Scrum, and SAFe Values and Principles within projects and programs. Collaborate closely with fellow Scrum Masters, Development Team, Product Owner, and business technology leadership to promote these methodologies effectively. Work diligently to achieve continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) of critical deliverables, milestones, and tasks. Streamline operations by improving release management procedures. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
