QA Project Manager

Designing the Quality Management System portal for the organization. Analyze and automate the existing metrics with the help of tools using BigQuery for ThoughtSpot, Postman and Atlassian Analytics. End to end planning, and monitoring the implementation of new tools as like Xray for Jira. Defining the Process, Procedure, and Templates based on the demand, reviewing with respective stakeholders, and publishing into the QMS portal. Identifying, analyzing, and Implementing process and product metrics based on the agreed dashboards as like Project Metrics and contractual Metrics, and leveraging the root cause analysis with the action items. Analyze and provide improvement in reducing the manual efforts of collecting metrics from various tools into Excel. Coordinating and providing the solutions to the process challenges shared by Testing teams, RTEs, Scrum Masters, and project teams. Drive a program of continuous improvement across delivery governance & methodology. Ensure the tools as like JIRA, Zephyr, Service Now, and Bugs tracking tools, are used effectively by the project team. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
